Double Tier Bike Parking for Leederville Square

The Leederville Office Project has seen Cora Bike Rack deliver another extensive end-of-trip facility with over 200 new bike parking spaces created.

Utilising the fully dynamic E3DT double tier bike parking system, Cora was able to provide AS2890.3 compliant bike parking with reduced spacing to increase bike capacity by 120%.

In addition to the purpose-built bike room, the Leederville Office Project incorporates a state-of-the-art ground floor retail showroom, a multi-level office and ground floor commercial tenancies.

Now completed, the project is a catalyst for activation in the centre of Leederville, transforming the local business and community landscape.

The 9,400 square metre project – developed by FJM Property and designed by Woods Bagot and Hassell – was delivered ahead of time and is targeting a 5 Star Green Star accreditation and a minimum 5 Star NABERS rating.
